This scene is from the manga Haru Koi which is also written by Suetsugu Yuki who is also the manga for Chihayafuru.
The characters in Haru Koi really resembles Arata and Chihaya so I couldn't help myself from coloring them the ArataxChihaya way xD
When I first saw this, I was like: Kyaah xD ArataxChihaya but then they confirmed it's not. But I would want a scene like this :3 (ArataxChihaya shipper)
